As the Social Media Manager and Digital Content Creator at the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts, and Tourism (IGCAT), I develop and execute strategies to enhance the organisation’s social media presence. Complete management of audiovisual projects: pre-production (script, planning, scouting), filming (camera operation, lighting, sound) and post-production. Coordination with the marketing team to define visual briefs, delivery times and dissemination strategies. Director of photography for interviews and institutional pieces. My efforts elevate IGCAT’s digital footprint and promote its mission to a global audience passionate about gastronomy, culture, arts, and tourism.
European Young Chef Award
A two-day competition among the Regions of Gastronomy where each region sends a participant to present a traditional recipe on the first day and the following innovate over the tradition.
